Ocean Casino Resort will invest more than $50 million in property-wide improvements in 2025, part of a seven-year, $270 million transformation that began in 2018.
This year, the beachfront Atlantic City resort will add more than 500 Blu Rooms and Suites, expand its casino, add new dining choices and more.
The design of the new Blu Rooms and Suites was inspired by the colors and patterns of the shoreline, reflecting Ocean’s unmatched location overlooking the Atlantic. Beach-inspired flooring and wall coverings create a calming atmosphere, while soft-touch fabrics mimic the style and forms of the resort, a landmark of the AC skyline.
Pops of color complement the ocean views, while luxe bathrooms feature marble flooring, double vanities and oversized showers. Newly built suites offer elevated interior finishes and additional amenities such as dining areas, wet bars and generous lounge seating.
On the casino floor, Ocean will introduce a larger polished Asian gaming space this summer. Designed by R2Architects, the $4 million project doubles the footprint from 4,000 to 8,000 square feet, and offers 32 gaming tables including Mini Baccarat and Pai Gow Poker.
Coming attractions include the Ocean’s 18 Mini Golf & Bar, a two-story, state-of-the-art course that uses the same immersive and holographic technologies employed at the Sphere in Las Vegas.
Ocean also will introduce new retail options and two restaurants developed in partnership with restaurateur Stephen Starr.
The transformation continues outside, with the recent completion of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers’ $92.6 million project to replenish the coastline. Ocean guests will now have access to additional exclusive beachfront fun just outside the doors of the property.
Ocean General Manager Bill Callahan said Ocean “continues to invest in property enhancements that enable us to provide an unmatched guest experience—not only in Atlantic City, but nationwide.”
