Experiences that Captivate and Perform

HBG Design

From the vibrancy of Live! Casino Louisiana to the transformative Wawyé Oasis at Gun Lake Casino Resort and the reimagined Atlantis Casino in the Bahamas, HBG Design is helping shape the next generation of high-impact hospitality and gaming destinations.

The firm’s current and recent projects span the U.S. and Caribbean, blending creativity, storytelling and operational insight to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

HBG partnered with the Cordish Companies to bring Live! Casino Louisiana to life—with energy surging across the 1,000-machine gaming floor and design shaped by the natural curves of the nearby Red River. In Michigan, the firm’s design for Gun Lake Casino’s $300 million expansion introduces the 32,000-square-foot Wawyé Oasis—a climate-controlled, multi-purpose pool and concert atrium—and a striking 15-story hotel tower. At Atlantis Paradise Island, HBG designers infused the casino with celestial symbolism and Bahamian energy for an artful and electric guest experience.

With more than 46 years of experience, HBG Design has built a reputation for creating immersive, guest-centric environments that fuse bold creativity with seamless functionality. Recognized as a Top 10 hospitality and entertainment design firm nationwide, HBG’s 100-plus architects, interior designers, and technical experts—based in Memphis, San Diego, and Dallas—are trusted by leading gaming companies, developers and tribal nations to deliver high-impact resort destinations.

HBG Design’s hospitality specialists lead innovation across every programmatic element—seamlessly connecting the guest experience from gaming floors and hotel towers to spas, pools, dining venues, event and conference centers, and back-of-house operations. Their work is supported by integrated in-house teams specializing in BIM, codes and accessibility, quality assurance, and construction administration, ensuring precision and continuity throughout the design process.

With every project, HBG continues to push the boundaries of resort destination design—blending art, architecture, and experience into environments that captivate and perform.
